What do Lisbon, Istanbul, Dubai, Panana City, and Reykjavik have in common? They are stopover cities for their partner airlines (example Iceland Air).
Some international airlines allow a stop in a layover city which can last between 24 hours up to 10 days, details vary by the carrier. It’s a great way to conveniently experience a place that is on your way to your main destination.
