Once my clients return from their trips, I always ask to schedule a call for a debrief. Not only does this help me better understand the client’s feedback but also their perspective on their hotel/resort. In fact, last week I had 5 client feedback calls, and I’m happy to say that everyone gave rave reviews whether they stayed at a hotel or a resort!
What makes a memorable hotel stay varies by client but there are themes; top-notch service is always towards the top. Yes, you might pay more but excellent staff requires living wages and strong management.
